Hindex is a one-man show

While spending the winter of 2024/2025 on Tenerife, I had a great idea:
Why not create the much-needed transparency in the German labour market regarding home and remote office options?

I want to enable job seekers to know the rules before they apply.
I want to enable companies to avoid unnecessary application processes.

Realising the vision

Thanks to my many years of experience in IT, I was able to put the necessary infrastructure in place.
Training for certificates in product management gave me the expertise to know my target groups and their needs.

It should be as easy as possible for companies to complete the online questionnaire to secure their entry into the Home Office Index.
Jobseekers should be able to use the front end easily and intuitively from all platforms.
